Vivid Sydney - "Eco" Central Station

The installation transported the public back to a time pre-colonisation to explore the land on which the station now stands. It then progressed through the various stages of the area’s development across the decades, to what futuristic Central could look like, and finally to its inevitable degeneration and return to nature.

The Electric Canvas deployed a multi-source high-power sound system, emanating from the direction of the building. The bespoke soundtrack created by Klang Studios for Eco was mixed on-site so that the sound cues could follow the action in the visuals and control audience focus, optimising the overall public experience.
